Inside Sales Representative

Efficiently handle customer orders with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction is productive and courteous. Continuously cultivate a deep product knowledge to assist the sales channel and technical teams while understanding the power of a smile and adding value to both the people we serve and those we serve with.

Outside Sales Representative

The Outside Sales Representative (OSR) proactively engages with assigned Customers through scheduled calls and visits. To expand their reach, our Supply, Equipment, or Commercial OSRs seek out new dealerships by targeting, connecting, and demonstrating value to potential customers.

Online Sales Inside Sales Representative

Accurately process online orders, collaborate with branch and sales teams to meet customer expectations, and identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience. Provide excellent customer service, develop strong HVAC product knowledge, coordinate with branch teams for efficient order fulfillment, and proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, and sales opportunities.

Regional Sales Manager

Manage Gensco’s Equipment Sales functions by delegating tasks, coaching team members, and developing performance metrics to ensure accountability. Lead efforts to maintain high customer service standards, foster a positive work environment, and drive process improvements, while recruiting, training, and supporting the professional growth of team members.
