The Purchasing team is responsible for the ordering and receiving of products. As primary contacts to Gensco Suppliers, the Purchasing Department is comprised of many talented individuals with a wide array of experience. The Pricing team helps to define, resource, and implement new pricing tools and processes in a constantly evolving market.

Buyer

Manage supplier relationships, negotiate costs, and resolve issues while ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely replenishment. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and branch operations, maintain accurate product records, and communicate key updates to enhance efficiency and business performance.

Pricing Coordinator

Support the Pricing Department by managing reports, maintaining supplier quotes, cataloging competitive pricing data, and communicating pricing information to the Branch and Sales teams. Respond to pricing requests, assist with price adjustments and sales analysis, and handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and timekeeping.

Pricing Specialist

Handle a wide range of pricing and administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service to the Sales Team and branches. Support the Pricing Department with price adjustments, sales analysis, pricing inquiries, and internal communication of pricing information.

Purchasing Agent

Manage supplier relationships by maintaining communication, negotiating costs and terms, resolving issues, and ensuring supplier participation in company programs. Oversee inventory replenishment, optimize stock levels, communicate product updates internally and externally, and handle administrative tasks to support efficient operations.
