Develop and implement best practices and performance benchmarks in partnership with frontline team members to elevate customer service and provide a competitive edge across the company.

Handle a wide range of operations tasks, providing prompt and knowledgeable support to the TDC and Branches. Negotiate and procure warehouse equipment and vehicles, report monthly performance results to management, and evaluate cost-saving measures across Gensco’s operations.

Develop and manage Gensco’s safety programs to ensure the well-being of all team members. Collaborate with Branches and departments to create a comprehensive and proactive safety strategy.

Support operational improvements across Branches, oversee the Central Operations Team in warehouse management, freight, safety, and SOP compliance, and lead major project implementations such as Branch expansions and technology rollouts. Develop best practices, monitor performance standards, foster team development, and ensure seamless execution of construction and technology initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Lead Gensco's efforts to identify and implement operational improvements in the TDC and Branches, focusing on enhancing efficiencies, reducing costs, and improving customer service through new technologies and processes.
