Brand Management

Execute Gensco's sales and marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and brand security. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing efforts, maintain strong brand presence, and develop industry-leading strategies to drive sales growth while providing excellent customer service.

E-Commerce

Oversee and support Gensco's e-commerce website, app, and digital marketing strategies, focusing on enhancing customer experience through timely content, user-friendly design, and functional tools. Lead efforts in website enhancement, e-content organization, product data management, and UX design, while collaborating with teams to improve both public-facing and intranet sites, provide training, and support internal and external users.

Event Planning

Oversee the planning and implementation of all marketing initiatives for Gensco events, including trips, meetings, and training programs, while managing budgets and cost-sharing processes. Support sales growth and ensure excellent customer service.

Graphic Design

Ensure the on-time and accurate design, layout, and print production of various marketing campaigns and materials, including event collateral, product launches, sales promotions, and corporate materials. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Learning & Development

Collaborate with other departments to create, implement, and manage effective team member learning programs. Design and produce eLearning content, training videos, and multimedia materials, while providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
