Payroll & Benefits

Prioritize customer service while assisting with payroll processing, auditing, and distribution, as well as supporting team member benefits administration and personnel record maintenance. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Recruiting

Prioritize customer service while supporting hiring managers through the recruiting process, performing various recruiting tasks such as job ads and interviews, and helping Gensco meet its hiring goals. Assist with the internship program and build community relationships to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Risk Management

Oversee Gensco and Slakey Brothers’ risk management and commercial insurance programs, conduct assessments to identify and mitigate risks while collaborating with stakeholders to implement best practices. Manage workers' compensation, third-party liability claims, and insurance processes, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and proactive measures to reduce future claims and losses.
