Perform a range of maintenance duties including fabrication, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs on machinery and facilities. Collaborate with Machine Operators to diagnose issues, troubleshoot PLC systems, and support electro-mechanical systems, while assisting with special projects and ensuring safety.

Oversee the startup of new manufacturing products by researching, testing, and refining equipment, materials, and components. Design and implement improved production processes, while recommending new techniques and procedures to enhance product development and manufacturing efficiency.

Produce high quality sheet metal products and pleated filters for residential and commercial HVAC applications. Responsibilities may include material handling, utilizing machinery, fabricating components, assembling products, and inspecting for quality assurance.

Develop strong relationships with Gensco's commercial sheet metal customers and provide accurate quotations for ductwork, spiral pipe, and custom sheet metal products. Collaborate on estimating tools, create estimates from construction documents, and coordinate customer needs with Columbia Manufacturing to manage budgets, material requirements, and schedules.
