Corporate Training Intern

Description

Working closely with the Corporate Trainer and all Gensco Teams, is responsible for assisting in creating, implementing and administering effective training and Team Member development programs that results in enhanced job performance, productivity and quality of work.

Education/Experience/Skills

Currently seeking four year degree

Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Interest in Design (i.e. Online training course design)

Possesses excellent attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to handle multiple activitiesAble to work alone and in teams

Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records

Analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills

Demonstrated ability to manage details and meet deadlines with 100% accuracy in a multi-task environment

Customer service-oriented approach, responds to requests with a sense of urgency

Proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriately

Willing to “think out of the box” and identify process improvement opportunities

Strong decision making abilities, understands impact and implications of decisions

Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize and follow through
