HVAC Equipment Technical Support Specialist (TSS)

Description

This position performs a broad range of HVAC equipment support and training functions for both customers and Gensco team members. This position provides technical support for the HVAC equipment sold by Gensco including guidance with application, installation, and repair. Also acts as a factory liaison communicating pertinent information to customers and Team Members. Education/Experience/Skills

  • Completion of a 2-year degree in technical studies or equivalent work experience
  • *Other Technical or Mechanic experience considered

  • Demonstrated ability to manage details and meet deadlines with 100% accuracy

  • Customer service oriented -Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Resolve service issues quickly and appropriately

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong people skills

  • Ability to use tact and diplomacy in sensitive situations

  • Strong presentation skills -Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Able to travel as required
