Working directly with Marketing Manager, Marketing Team Members and Gensco Stakeholders, perform a broad range of activities supporting the successful implementation of marketing initiatives in an efficient and effective manner. Accurately and efficiently support the processing of cost sharing (co-op) arrangements including auditing supporting documents, preparing claims for accounting to process, coordinating with customers and Gensco Team Members. Working directly with appropriate Gensco Stakeholder, arrange required travel and/or lodging in a responsible and efficient manner. Travel coordination to include flights and hotels. Working directly with appropriate Gensco Stakeholder, prepare required Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents. Perform other specific administrative support tasks as directed by the Marketing Manager.

Supporting the Marketing Team’s implementation of events such as Dealer Meetings, Gensco Meetings, Training Classes, etc.

-Training room set up, tear down, clean up and maintenance
-Dealer Growth tracking and communication
-Dealer Growth Billing
-Training Class Billing
-Support in gathering of class documents for packet claim submission
-Support with All-In Visits
-Support with Huddle Up coordination
-Tasks as directed by the Marketing Manager including pouching, mailings, updating phone lists, transfers and labels.
-Work directly with the Marketing Team and Sales VP’s to prepare required Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.
-Work directly with the Marketing Team to prepare required packet claim submissions for classes, TM Trainings, Factory Tours, Puyallup Fair, Profit Launch and others designated by Marketing Manager
-Work directly with the Marketing Team, Sales Team, and customers: arrange required travel and/or lodging. This includes booking flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.
-Support of distribution of printed material such as Flyers, Catalogs, Customer Specific Price Books, etc.
Meeting Room Coordination and Maintenance
-Meeting and break room supplies stocked(.Waters, drinks, coffee, snacks, notepads, pens, etc.)
-Work with various department leaders to schedule and setup up meeting rooms
Promo Room & Storage
-Keep promo room stocked, clean, and organized
-Keep storage racks and receiving pallets clean and organized
-Team member support with swag and HVAC clothing transfers
-New Dealer kits
-Manage & ship out kits
Gensco HVAC Clothing
-Fulfill orders when orders are placed
-Manage inventory levels on hand
Work directly with the Event Specialist to ensure all event details are coordinated to exceed expectations
-Communication to attendees
Credit Card and Invoice Processing
-Monthly processing and GL coding of the Marketing credit card statement
-Submit and manage Great Escape Billings and Programming
-Promo Payout Support
